1. Which regions support delivery?
We currently only support orders from the continental United States.
Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on our website.
2. Order Processing Hours
Our service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM ( EST).
For all U.S. orders, we will process within 1-3 business days.
Orders end at 6:00 PM.each day and orders placed after 6:00 PM will be prioritized to begin processing at 8:00 AM the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday will be prioritized to begin processing on the following Monday.
In the event of a major event or holiday, orders will be processed at a later date.
No shipping or delivery courier is scheduled on weekends or holidays, your orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed first from the next business day.
Our order processing time is usually one to three business days.
3. Product shipping time and shipping cost calculation
We use Standard Shipping to ship your order for $5 per order.
If your single order total is over $30, we will arrange free delivery for you by standard shipping with no courier charges and shipping time of 4-8 business days.
4. Delivery time
Our delivery time is 5-11 business days, if there are holidays or major events delivery activities will be delayed.

5. Who is responsible for sales tax?

6. About the packaging
Our Ice Drink Bucket will be packed in waterproof carton, when you receive our wireless doorbell, please check it carefully, if there is any problem, please contact us first.

Unclaimed and undeliverable parcels due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address).
